All orders can be cancelled within 1 hour when placed Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM Central European time. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within that time frame. The support team does not work 24 hours and therefore cannot cancel your order outside the above time frame. Orders placed on weekend can be canceled by 6 AM Monday, European Central time.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and the product is not used, simply return the item or items to us under the condition that you are liable for any decrease in product's value resulting from the use of product in any way beyond necessary to get to know the character, features and functionality of the product, within 14 days of package receipt by contacting email@example.com. We do not refund return shipping costs, unless your watch was defective. We do not accept refunds of used products. Used products will be mailed back to the sender and no refund will be issued.
To ensure a smooth return process, please inspect your watch or item as soon as it arrives. Before removing any tags/factory tape and before wearing it, please check if the item is working perfectly and if it is in good condition. If this isn't the case, then the watch or item must be repackaged immediately in order to be eligible for a return. Once it is worn or sized or the tags have been removed, Montreville will not accept the returned item.
In short, Montreville cannot replace or refund a watch or jewellery item when:
The watch or jewellery item has been worn; The tags have been removed; The product has been sized.
You can expect to receive your refund within 5-10 business days of your package return. However, in many cases you will receive a refund faster. You will receive the return payment to the card used during checkout or to your PayPal account if you paid with PayPal.
If you ship your intended return after the 14 day return period the items will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.
Any new item can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, or alternatively you can exchange your product within 30 days.
What if you notice a mechanical problem after the watch or jewellery item has been sized and/or worn?
In such cases, Montreville will do its best to repair or replace the item under our two-year Montreville warranty.
If you have any questions or wish to return a product, please contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the issue and a member of our team will instruct you on how to return the item. Then ship the item back to us and await a response from our customer service team who will handle this with pleasure and process either the exchange or your refund.
